Previously on ‘Sugar Stories’: Steph and Willy – the curious stranger whom readers were introduced to in the second episode – happen to run into each other again, on the way out of one of the writing classes which they are both attending. Willy, on this occasion, offers to walk with Steph. Just before they leave, they see Arnaud Vidal, one of the characters from the first season of ‘Sugar Stories’, who also happens to be one of Willy’s former teachers, but who has since changed career to become a journalist. As for Jérémie, he has an appointment with his producer; just as he is about to sign an important contract, he is, however, rudely interrupted by Noa, who turns up, suddenly and unexpectedly, right in the middle of the meeting. Following Noa’s remarks, the producer ends up deciding to postpone the signature of the contract to a later date. After the producer has left, Jérémie and Noa notice a piece of paper which has been slipped under the doorway; it is a threatening letter which Jérémie doesn’t take seriously.
